I came to the world of coaching through the search for the existential answer to the question of:

What can I do to be a better human being and a better professional?

I found coaching as a tool to enhance personal and organizational skills and I discovered to my amazement the close relationship between the ideas and themes that are developed in coaching and how much I could enhance through this interesting combination "Libraries and Coaching" in my professional work and also my personal life.

Just as I found another new passion, "coaching", and since then I have been motivated by the idea of articulating it with professionals in information and libraries, who are inspired and be an inspiration for others.
